From the bill of quantities to a signature-ready quote — in one system.
Estimating & Quotes breaks every bill of quantities into groups and positions, calculates labor and materials separately, and turns it into a quote, order confirmation, contract, and invoice with one click — branded, from the same record.
A tree instead of a spreadsheet
The bill of quantities is structured in the AVA style into groups (LG) and sub-groups (ULG) down to the individual position — with quantity, unit, and position price that sum automatically into group and grand totals, instead of being added up by hand.
- ÖNORM A 2063-compliant ONLV/ONLB import and export.
- Structure as deep as needed, built from groups and sub-groups.
- Search or duplicate positions, or switch between list and split view with one click.
One form for the client, terms, and pricing basis
Client, bidder, currency, pricing basis, delivery deadline, and payment terms live in one place and flow straight into the quote. Price components like labor and materials can be freely named, and the complete bill of quantities can be saved as a template and loaded into a new project.
- Freely name any price component (e.g. labor, materials).
- Linked to the order the inquiry came from.
- Save the whole bill of quantities as a template and reuse it.
Every position calculates itself
Labor and materials are captured separately per position, each with an amount and a markup, and together they add up to the unit price. The quantity takeoff below sums individual sub-quantities via formula rows into a total — carried into the position with one click, instead of being added up on a notepad.
- Separate calculation of the labor and materials share per position.
- Quantity takeoffs with formula rows instead of mental math on a notepad.
- A different VAT rate per position, where needed.
A formatted service description, not just plain text
Every position carries a position type and an entry mode, and the service description itself is a rich-text field with lists, indentation, and links instead of a single-line text box. Positions can be duplicated, hidden, or deleted without shifting the numbering of the rest.
- Position type (normal, alternative, contingency) and entry mode per position.
- A rich-text service description with formatting and links.
- Mark a position as “not shown” without deleting it.
