Hosted in Austria and Germany
Nexoro runs in data centres in Austria and Germany. Nothing operates outside Europe.
Processed inside the EU
Your data is processed within the European Union. Any subprocessors we use are disclosed in the data processing agreement (clause 14).
Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR
You are the controller, we are the processor. The DPA is an integral part of the contract — not a document you have to request first (clause 14).
Dedicated instance, dedicated database
Every customer gets a physically separate database and their own subdomain. No shared multitenancy where your rows sit next to another customer's.
On your own servers if you need it
Where your requirements call for it, you run Nexoro on your own infrastructure — the same software, inside your own building.
No minimum contract term
Cancellable monthly, effective end of the calendar month, with no notice period and no reason required. An email is enough (clause 5).
Your data belongs to you
We acquire no rights to your data. Export it any time during the term, and get one complete export at contract end free of charge (clause 13).
Regular backups
We take backups regularly. After the contract ends we keep your data available for 30 days, then delete it (clause 13).
