Calendar & Booking brings together personal and shared calendars with two-way Google and Microsoft 365 sync, availability set per weekday, and event types with their own duration, location, or automatic Nexoro Meet room. On the public booking page, customers pick their appointment straight from the actually free time slots.
A calendar with layers, not just a grid
Month, week, day, or agenda as the view, with a mini calendar alongside for quick navigation. Personal calendars, shared calendars, and tasks and follow-ups can each be toggled on or off as their own layer, instead of cramming everything into one overloaded grid — and anyone who prefers to stay in an external app can subscribe to the calendar via iCal.

Regular working hours, set once
Availability defines which weekdays and time windows can be booked at all — each day can be switched on or off individually, with its own start and end time. This availability is the basis for the public booking page: only actually free times show up there as selectable.

Every event type with its own duration, location, and color
An event type carries a name, duration, either a physical location or Nexoro Meet as an online link, plus a description and a color for quick recognition in the calendar. When Nexoro Meet is set as the location, a dedicated video room is created automatically for every booking — the link lands in the confirmation email, the calendar entry, and the confirmation page, with nobody sending it by hand.

Customers book themselves, no back-and-forth
The public booking page shows the contact person's photo and name, the details of the chosen event type, and a calendar where only actually free days can be clicked — calculated from the stored availability. A customer picks the date and time themselves, instead of exchanging several emails with proposed times, and gets the confirmation, including the location or Nexoro Meet link, automatically.
